Go ahead and update that Facebook status, send that tweet, and stream those videos on your next Celebrity Cruise. The line is upgrading their ships with Xcelerate, a high-speed wireless system that will increase browsing and loading times as well as provide faster video streaming. The system is already available on Celebrity Reflection and will soon roll out to the line's other ships. (Celebrity Xpedition, which sails in the Galapagos, is the only ship not scheduled to receive Xcelerate.)

An unlimited streaming package can be pre-booked or purchased onboard, starting at $140 per person for a five- to nine-day sailing, while on sailings that are 10 days or more the service will be priced at $190. Cruisers who book an oceanview or higher stateroom can opt to include Xcelerate as a perk.
