Glance at any of the ubiquitous cicchetti bacari (cocktail bars with snacks) in Venice and you’ll spy locals with goblets full of an effervescent sunset-orange cocktail. It’s the light and lovely Spritz, which is made with prosecco and Aperol (a tart and sweet digestif) and topped with a slice of orange — the ideal accompaniment to savory snacks and sunsets.
