The four small ships of Seabourn include two of the biggest expenses upfront: staff gratuities and alcoholic beverages. Plus, they throw in add-ons like specialty restaurant dining (which includes The Grill by Thomas Keller), water sports from the ship's marina, and some fitness classes.
